    Dear Aethro Community,
    It is with a heavy heart that I write this message to you today. After four years of dedication, creativity, and community building within Second Life, we have made the tough decision to shut down Aethro's estate operations. This decision did not come lightly and is the result of prolonged challenges, including a significant lack of sales and an ongoing drain on our resources.
    Our journey in Second Life has been incredibly rewarding, filled with remarkable creativity and unforgettable interactions. We've been privileged to host a vibrant community of tenants, creators, and visitors who have turned our digital spaces into a canvas for their imagination. Your enthusiasm and support have been the backbone of Aethro, and for that, we are forever grateful.
    I want to assure our current tenants your digital home with us will remain your own until the region shuts down. However, please note that as of today, we will no longer be accepting rent payments. 
    This decision has been incredibly difficult. Aethro Estate is not just a business; it has been a labor of love, a source of pride, and a significant part of our lives for the past four years. However, as we navigate these challenging times, we must prioritize the well-being of my family and the future of our company. It is with a heavy heart that we close this chapter, but we believe it is the best course of action under the circumstances.
    We are immensely proud of what we've built together and the community that has flourished within Aethro. Although our estate operations are ending, the spirit of innovation and community that defined our time in Second Life will continue to inspire us. We are deeply thankful to each and every one of you who joined us on this journey. Your creativity, passion, and support have meant the world to us.
    As we move forward, we will carry the memories and experiences from our Second Life estates with us. Thank you for making Aethro a wonderful place, and for your understanding and support during this transition.

    Exciting Update on The Forgotten Minecraft Survival Server!
    We're thrilled to announce a minor update to The Forgotten Minecraft Survival Server that brings some fantastic changes for our community! Here's what's new:
    Auto Farms Now 100% Free!
    We've made a significant change to Auto Farms; they are now completely free for all players! However, to maintain balance and ensure everyone gets a fair shot, there will be a limit on how many Auto Farms each player can have at one time. But worry not, for those looking to expand their farming empire, VIP levels are here to help! Upgrade your VIP level to increase the number of Auto Farms you can own. This is a perfect opportunity to dive into more efficient farming without worrying about the cost.
    Lands and Upgradable Hoppers Update:
    We've also rolled out an update for "Lands" focusing on an API fix that enhances stability and performance. Alongside, our Upgradable Hoppers have received some attention too, ensuring they work more seamlessly within your setups. These improvements are part of our commitment to providing a smooth and enjoyable experience on the server.
    We believe these updates will make your adventures on The Forgotten even more enjoyable and give you more freedom to build and expand. As always, we're keen to hear your feedback and look forward to seeing how these changes enhance your gameplay.

    🌍 WorldEdit: Enhanced for Backend Purposes 🛠
    WorldEdit has been updated, primarily for backend purposes. This means a smoother experience for our builders and creators.
    🏘️ Realistic Villagers - They're Back and Better! 👨‍🌾
    Realistic Villagers has been updated, bringing back those fun-loving villagers. Expect more life and interaction in your villages!

    We're also working hard on the backend for our donation store. Keep an eye out for new VIP levels and kits - your support keeps The Forgotten alive and thriving!

    To keep things running smoothly, starting January 23rd 2024 the servers will all be on a rotation for daily reboots. This will also be when the system will update anything behind the scenes. Major plugins will be updated during the day on Tuesdays or Saturdays, depending on when they are available and I am ready.

    Hello, hello, hello! We have some super-duper awesome news for you! The Forgotten, an LGBTQIA+ owned minecraft server, has just updated some features to make your gaming experience even more fun and fabulous. Here's what's new:
    - Global chat: You can now chat with players across the entire network, no matter what server you are on.

    - Discord fixes: We have fixed some issues with our discord integration, such as showing what server the notifications are coming from. Now you can easily keep track of what's happening on the server without leaving discord. Or you can just ignore them and pretend you're busy.

    - Server cores: We have also updated the server cores to improve performance, stability, and security. This means less lag, less crashes, and less hackers. We hope you enjoy the smoother gameplay. And if you don't, well, tough cookies.
    We are always working hard to provide you with the best minecraft server possible. Thank you for your support and feedback.     First of all, we want to thank you for your support and loyalty. The Forgotten just celebrated its first anniversary, and we couldn’t have done it without you! 🎉
    We know you love our Extra Storage plugin, but we have to disable it temporarily as it needs to be updated. Don’t worry, we are working hard to bring it back as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can enjoy our other awesome features and plugins. 🙌  
    Speaking of awesome features, we have a big surprise for you: Zomblockalypse is coming! Yes, you heard that right. We are still working on getting the arenas setup, and prepared for the battles against the zombies! You will have to use your skills, strategy, and teamwork to survive the horde of undead. Are you brave enough to face the challenge? 💀  
    But wait, there’s more! We have added the ability to take rotten flesh and create leather. How cool is that?
