  • These Comprehensive Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the online event organized by Aethro ("Event"). By participating in the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

    1. Eligibility:

    • The Event is open to individuals worldwide, except where prohibited by law.
    • Senior Managers and above of Aethro are not eligible to participate.

    2. Participation:

    • To participate, you must follow the guidelines provided in the Event's official announcement, which may be communicated through Aethro's website, in-world notifications, or on the Aethro Discord server.
    • Any submissions or entries must adhere to the rules and requirements specified in the Event announcement.

    3. Prize:

    • The prize for the Event consists of a monetary reward, the details of which will be specified in the Event announcement.
    • The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
    • Aethro reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

    4. Winner Selection and Notification:

    • Winners will be selected as per the criteria outlined in the Event announcement.
    • Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during their participation in the Event, including but not limited to in-world messages and Discord messages.
    • It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is accurate and up to date.
    • If a winner cannot be reached within 15 days from the initial notification, the prize may be awarded to the next eligible participant.

    5. Governing Law:

    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

    • Aethro reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

    9. Limitation of Liability:

    • Aethro and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical issues, computer viruses, or other problems that may affect your participation in the Event.
    • In no event shall Aethro or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Event.

    10. Privacy:

    • Any personal information collected during the Event will be handled in accordance with Aethro's Privacy Policy.

    11. Termination:

    • Aethro reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Event at its discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

    12. Publicity:

    • By participating in the Event, you grant Aethro the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Event, without any further compensation.

    13. Entire Agreement:

    • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Aethro regarding the Event and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

    By participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Event.
