1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Aethro services, creating an Aethro Account, signing in through Discord, joining an Aethro community, using a bot or support system, submitting a ticket, playing an Aethro game, posting content, using a listing or marketplace, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services covered
These Terms apply to Aethro.net and Aethro-operated services, including Aethro Accounts, Resolve, TopMCServer, Play Aethro, Aethro Online, related Discord integrations, bots, game services, web dashboards, and connected features that link here. Owners Connect may maintain additional or separate terms for its own services.
3. Accounts and Discord access
Some services require Discord OAuth or other account checks. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account and recovery email secure and for activity performed through your authorized access. We may use Discord identity, roles, permissions, membership, ownership checks, and linked-account records to decide whether access is available.
4. Rules and acceptable use
You may not use Aethro services to break applicable law, compromise security, evade bans, impersonate others, harass people, distribute malicious code, abuse payment systems, manipulate rankings or votes, exploit systems, collect information improperly, or disrupt communities and services. You must follow posted rules and reasonable staff instructions.
5. Moderation, restrictions, and ecosystem bans
We may investigate, warn, restrict, remove, suspend, or ban accounts, content, servers, listings, tickets, bots, game access, and other activity when reasonably necessary for safety, fairness, operations, compliance, or enforcement. A restriction may apply only to one service or, where justified, across connected Aethro services. Not every division will technically enforce a network-wide restriction until it is integrated with the shared enforcement system.
6. User content and evidence
You retain rights in content you own, but grant us the rights needed to host, display, review, moderate, investigate, and operate that content within the service. When you submit screenshots or other evidence in a report, appeal, support request, or ban record, you authorize us to retain and review it for that purpose.
7. Payments and third parties
Paid products may have separate prices, billing disclosures, cancellation terms, and refund policies. Third-party platforms such as Discord, Facebook, payment processors, hosting providers, and game platforms have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, account actions, or policy changes imposed by those third parties.
8. Availability and changes
Services may change, be limited, reset, suspended, or discontinued as part of development, safety, abuse prevention, maintenance, or business operations. Early-access and beta features may be incomplete or unstable.
9. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent allowed by law, services are provided as available and without warranties that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Aethro ecosystem develops. Material updates will be reflected through the date above and may be communicated through the website, accounts, Discord, or email.
